Delivery/Postage/Returns

We offer free delivery on items over £10 within a 6 mile radius of kidsgrove, you also can collect your items, if you opt for collection please leave your correct contact details for us to forward the collection point 

All your event items we cover Staffordshire and Cheshire 

we do post some items out this is at a additional cost of £3.20 postage (we do not post out on a weekend) 

we aim to have a turnaround time on sweets of 24hrs but please allow 48hrs 

clothing turnaround time is 14 working days 

please note if sweets and clothing are ordered together it will be a 14 working day turnaround 

 

RETURNS 

we do not accept returns on personalised (items with names) items unless they are faulty 

please check all your items as soon as you get them, you have 28 days to report any faults to us 

We do not offer refunds only credit notes or replacement
